Knowledge exchange

We prioritise local ownership and community engagement in advancing health systems strengthening and improving health outcomes worldwide through knowledge exchange practices, including communities of practice, providing a platform for collaborative learning and problem-solving among diverse stakeholders to co-create and co-deliver solutions that address local needs and challenges.

Knowledge exchange and collaboration are essential to advancing health systems strengthening and improving health outcomes worldwide. At ASHM Global, we actively engage in knowledge sharing practices, including communities of practice, to facilitate the sharing of expertise, ideas, and best practices among diverse stakeholders. Communities of practice are groups of individuals who share a common interest and engage in collaborative learning and problem-solving. In global health and international aid efforts, they provide a platform for practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to share knowledge and experiences, co-create solutions, and promote innovation and sustainability. Through our approach to knowledge exchange, we prioritize local ownership and community engagement, working closely with our partners to co-create and co-deliver solutions that address local needs and challenges.
