Policy and advocacy
Advocating for evidence-based policies that improve health outcomes.
ASHM is committed to evidence-based policies and advocacy for a healthier future. Our policy and advocacy activities include developing positions, collaborating with partners, and providing education to help our members engage in policy and advocacy work.
We advocate for policy changes that improve access to prevention and treatment for people living with HIV, viral hepatitis, and other BBVs, as well as advancing sexual and reproductive healthcare access.
We work closely with governments and health organisations to promote evidence-based policies and practices.
